Stefan E. Schröder (b. 1970) is a planetary imaging specialist at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) in Berlin. He developed the photometric model for Vesta's surface, enabling the interpretation of albedo features revealed through Dawn mission images.
