Michael Daly (b. 1965) is a professor of planetary science at York University and is the lead scientist for the OSIRIS-REx Laser Altimeter. Prior to this, he was the lead engineer for the development of Phoenix MET, Canada's first instruments to operate on the surface of Mars.
